ABOUT ME

My Story 

​My name is Mike Steinman, and I help people build strength, confidence, and consistency without overcomplicating fitness. I spent four years serving in the United States Coast Guard, where I learned discipline, accountability, and what it really means to stay consistent, even when motivation isn’t there. That experience shaped how I approach both training and life by focusing on showing up, doing the work, and keeping things simple.

After my time in the Coast Guard, I attended East Carolina University, where I am proud to be a first-generation college graduate in my family. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communication and was a walk-on tight end for the ECU football program. This chapter taught me the value of persistence, humility, and earning every step forward.

I’ve been exactly where many of my clients are now, busy, overwhelmed, and unsure of what steps to take next. That’s why my coaching focuses on clarity, consistency, and realistic progress instead of extremes or hype. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, performance, or simply building confidence, my goal is to make fitness consistent, enjoyable, and a sustainable part of your lifestyle.

Evidence-based nutrition coaching tailored to support body composition goals, performance, and overall wellness. Includes macro guidance, meal planning strategies, and ongoing accountability to ensure measurable progress.
