Refund & Cancellation Policy
Steinman Fitness values client commitment and the time invested in providing personalized coaching services. The following policy applies to all services, including online coaching and in-person training.
All purchases for coaching services, training programs, and digital services are non-refundable once services have begun or access has been granted, unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of Steinman Fitness.
Online Coaching
Online coaching involves personalized programming, communication, and ongoing support. Due to the nature of this service:

Refunds are not provided once coaching has started or access to programs has been granted.

Refunds will not be issued for lack of participation, schedule conflicts, loss of motivation, or personal inconvenience.
In the event of a serious injury or medical condition that prevents continued participation, Steinman Fitness may, at its sole discretion, offer:

A temporary pause in coaching

A rescheduled training period

A partial credit toward future services
Refunds are not guaranteed. Documentation may be requested.
In-Person Training
Clients are expected to respect scheduled session times. For in-person training services:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of that session without refund.

In cases of true emergencies, rescheduling or credit may be offered at the discretion of Steinman Fitness.
Discretion & Fair Use
All refunds, credits, reschedules, or accommodations are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Steinman Fitness. Abuse of this policy may result in denial of future services.
Policy Acknowledgment
By purchasing services or enrolling in coaching with Steinman Fitness, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
